Thank you for your purchase. We hope you will be as happy with SNAPP as all our other customers. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original condition, with everything that came in the box.
To return an item, please email customer service, buysnapp@gmail.com, with your order number and we will provide you with our return warehouse address for shipping. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Feel free to reach out to our support with any questions regarding your SNAPP prior to a return.
Please note, a refund will only be issued when the package has been received and all the above criteria have been met.
After receibing your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will imediatly process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the reciept of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
As we prioritize our customers, we offer prepaid exchanges for whatever reason. Similar to our return policy, email us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid label.
For damaged or defective products, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid label for the exchange or return of your SNAPP.
